INMO boosts resources in IRO areas

The INMO has made significant changes and improvements in its industrial relations structures in the Dublin region and nationally
in recent months. This is in preparation for changes in the management structures in the health service, including the establishment of six major
hospital groups and revised community care structures.

The INMO offers a comprehensive industrial relations service through highly qualified Industrial Relations Officers. These officials represent members on collective and individual issues in local workplaces and, when necessary, to external third parties such as, rights commissioners, labour relations commission, labour court, employment appeals tribunal and equality authority.  more........

Industrial Relations Officers

The INMO has 13 Industrial Relations Officers, each with a specific geographic area, and they act on behalf of members employed within that area either in a hospital or community setting - below is a link to the recent staff changes containing all the reconfiguration of the IRO's areas.
