Researchers at the Trinity College Dublin Discipline of Physiotherapy are conducting a research survey of healthcare professionals who are involved in the management of adolescent athletes with low back pain.
Why is this study being done? The aim of this research is to explore how low back pain (LBP) in adolescent athletes is currently assessed and managed by an array of healthcare professionals. Further, this survey will assess the LBP beliefs held by healthcare professionals.

You don't have to take part in this study. It is entirely voluntary. You can change your mind about taking part in the study and opt out at any time during the questionnaire, even if you have already started filling it out. You do not have to give a reason for not taking part or for opting out. Answers that are not submitted will not be included in this study.
Please be aware that once questionnaire responses are submitted, it will not be possible to erase or change your responses due to the anonymity of the data.
