The Staff Panel group of Unions including INMO, Connect, Forsa, SIPTU, Unite and MLSA  attended the WRC with the Health Service Executive on the 19^th of November 2025, in relation to the WRC Agreement on Pay & Numbers.

Over 101,274 patients have been treated on a trolley, chair or in another inappropriate bed space in Irish hospitals so far this year according to the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation.

The Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation have confirmed that planned industrial action by nurses in the emergency department in Mayo University Hospital has been stood down. The action was due to begin on November 3rd 2025. 

Your elected INMO National Executive Council held their monthly meeting yesterday. The main topic on their agenda was the current status of staffing in the public health service.

The Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation has served notice of industrial action on HSE management at Mayo University Hospital. Nurses working in the Emergency Department in Mayo will begin industrial action on November 3rd.
