Respect at Work campaign

The INMO is now represented by the Deputy General Secretary, Edward Mathews, on ICTU’s Private Sector Committee. Participation in this Committee will assist us in developing our approach to increasing membership density in the private sector, and to work with others to improve access to collective bargaining for nurses working in the private sector. The INMO Executive Council have also established an INMO Private Sector subcommittee to develop further services to our members in the private sector, including increased access to collective bargaining and improved terms and conditions. The INMO Executive Council have also pledged INMO support to the Respect at Work Campaign.
